Abraham Christopherson is Anna Abramson's proposed father. While the -datter seems to have been dropped early, the -son versions remain. He had a daughter Anne in the 1850 census in Boone Co, IL., just south of Rock Co., WI. Other information is also correct for her. The father at her 1839 chritstening in Seljord, Bratsberg, Norway was Abraham Christophersen and the mother Torbjor Aslaksdr.But, there seems to be no proof that the Anna Abramson that married Elling Ellingson Svensrud was the daughter of the above couple.
In 1860, Abram and Torbjar are in living in Hartland Twp, Worth Co., but by then Elling and Anna are married. Anyway, this is where I am working now. Barb
