Seeking marriage record

I am hoping to find a marriage record for Anna K. Oulman and John Fredrick Meeske (possibly Meske). This was a second marriage for John Meeske and (possibly) for Anna Oulman.

Anna was the daughter of August Oulman.

John Meeske was living in Blue Earth, MN. in the 1885 census.

I believe they would have been married around 1890, and it is my assumption that they would have been married in Winnebago County.

I show that John and Anna Meeske were living in Corwith in early 1893 and by late 1893 they were living in Texas.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
