"My grandpa lived eighty-one incredible years on this earth, and he was an amazing, kind, and humble man. He taught me how to fish, walked to work every day with his lunch pail, built his house, and loved working on things. A true maker and believer, he would always do the right thing and cracked the best li'l jokes to make everyone smile. I am so grateful he was in my life. His heart decided it was time for heaven. I love you so much grandpa, and I cherish every moment we shared, and I hope my boys grow into such genuinely standup men as yourself." - Granddaughter Crystal
