Wade William Abraham, Jr.
January 19, 1969 - October 12, 2017Wade William Abraham, Jr., went to be with the Lord on Thursday, October 12, 2017, at the University of Iowa Hospitals in Iowa City, Iowa, after a lengthy illness.
A son of Sandra (Ponto) and Wade William Abraham, Sr., Wade, Jr., was born on January 19, 1969, in Mankato, Minnesota. Raised along with his sisters, Linda (Abraham) Osmundsen and Toni (Abraham) Ahl, in and around the Janesville, Minnesota, area, he followed in his dad’s footsteps becoming a truck driver and traveling around the country since 2006. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, and camping at his sister’s house and spending any time he could with his children and grandchildren.
Preceded in death by his father, five uncles, two nephews, and his maternal and paternal grandparents, Wade is survived by his wife, Kathlein Abraham; his sons: Christopher Barber, and his girlfriend, Kristi Roethler, Johnathon, and his wife, Jenetta Ages, and Casey Hallman, and his girlfriend, Kristina Castle; his daughters, Anatasia, and her husband, Jason Wenner, and Hollie Barber, and her boyfriend, Patrick Crowder; his grandchildren: Savanna and Brandon Ages; Christopher Barber, Jr.; Virginia Crowder; Abrianna and Casey Hallman Jr.; James Hoisington; Jessica Vrieze; and Ryan Wroten; his brother-in-law, Robert Wroten; his mother, Sandra Abraham; and his sisters, Linda (Russell) Osmundsen and Toni Ahl, and her boyfriend, Mike Miller; along with numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and many more family members as well as his “adopted” family members that loved him dearly.
Services are pending at the Mittelstadt Funeral Home, 902 East Main Street, Lake Mills, Iowa 50450.
