1910: John F Russ 43, Augusta Russ 33, Luella May Russ 12, Frank Cecil Russ 9, Annabel Russ 7, Jone Russ 5, John F Russ 1 yr 11 mos, Florence Jannsen 21, Mary Welsh 4.

Found in the 1920 census at Mason City, Cerro Gordo, Iowa: John F Russ 52, Agusta Russ 43, Luella May Russ 22, Frank Cecil Russ 20, Anna Bell Russ 17, Ione Russ 15, John Fredric Russ 11.

She married Roy William Ganfield on May 25, 1920 at Mason City, Cerro Gordo, Iowa.

The couple had 3 sons:
- Roy William Jr (b August 27, 1923 Blue Earth, Faribault, MN, d June 21, 1998 Mansfield, Richland, Ohio);

- John Frederick (b July 4, 1927 Blue Earth, MN, d October 20, 1991 Hastings, Dakota, MN) and

- David Russ (b October 16, 1931 St Paul, MN, d March 25, 1986 Deerfield, Lake, Illinois).

May Ganfield died on October 7, 1996 at Hastings, Dakota, Minnesota. She was buried at the Lakeside Cemetery, Hastings, Dakota, Minnesota.
