Roy Glen (also went as Glen Roy) Granzow was born January 7, 1900 at Buffalo Center, Winnebago, Iowa to Annie Tegtmeyer and Gustav Granzow.

He married Ruth Lavilla Ostrander on September 11, 1924 at Minneapolis, Minnesota. The couple had 6 children: LeRoy Glenn, Leith Kent, Marjorie Ruth, Ida Mae, Harriet Eleanor and Mayme Ione.

He died April 13, 1983 at Bremerton, Kitsap, Washington. Believe he was cremated but not sure of burial site.

1900: Gustav F Grancow 35, Annie Grancow 28, Mable L Grancow 7, Harry E Grancow 5, Ethal Grancow 2, Roy G Grancow 4/12, Martha Awe 25.

1910: Gus F Granzow 43[40] [42], Anna Granzow 38, Mable Granzow 17, Harry Granzow 14[19], Ethel Granzow 12, Glen Roy Granzow 10. 1915: Glenn Gramkow age 15.

1920: Gustav F Granzow 55, Anna M Granzow 48, Harry E Granzow 24, Ethel M Granzow 22, Gleons R Granzow 19.

1925: Gustav F Granzow 60, Anna M Granzow 53, Ethel M Granzow 27, Glenn R Granzow 24, Ruth L Granzow 22.

Also found in the 1925 census at Smithtown, Suffolk, New York: Glenn R Granzow 25, Ruth L Granzow 22, Leroy F Granzow 0. Says he is farming.

Found in the 1940 census at Napavine, Lewis, Washington: Glenn R Granzow 40, Ruth L Granzow 37, Leroy G Granzow 14, Leith K Granzow 13, Margie R Granzow 10, Ida Mae Granzow 7, Harriet E Granzow 3, Mamie I Granzow 2.
