FOREST CITY - Cynthia Underbakke, age 57, of Forest City, died Tuesday, April 17, 2012, at the Muse Norris Hospice Inpatient Unit in Mason City, Iowa.

A private memorial service was held at the Petersen Lund Funeral Home.
