FOREST CITY - Jeremiah P. Cobb, 31, of Forest City, died Thursday, January 26, 2012, at Mercy Medical Center North Iowa in Mason City.

Memorial Service will be conducted on Tuesday, January 31, 2012, at 2:00 PM at the First Baptist Church in Forest City with Pastor Doug Snyder officiating. Visitation will be held at the church from 1:00 PM, Tuesday, until time of service.
