Arthur Wayne Olsen, age 67, of Clear Lake, died Saturday, December 18, 2010, at Mercy Medical Center in Mason City, Iowa.

Arthur Wayne Olsen was born on December 11, 1943, at Bristol Township, Worth County, rural Lake Mills, Iowa, a son of Hans and Marie (Baker) Olsen. He attended country school at Silver Lake, Iowa, Lake Mills Community School and Fergus Falls Hillcrest in Fergus Falls, Minnesota.

He married Diane Fjelstad in 1967. On June 29, 1985, he married Juanita Lovelady at Christ Church in Minneapolis, Minnesota.

Art and Juanita enjoyed riding motorcycles, taking weekend trips and Nascar racing.

He was a great salesman and loved visiting with people.

Art is preceded in death by his parents; his loving wife, Juanita, in 2008; and his brothers, Marlyn, Orville and Ardin.

He is survived by three sisters, Joann, Ardis and Janice; one brother, Jerry; and many cousins and friends.

Funeral service will be 1:30 PM Wednesday, December 22, 2010, at Bethel Lutheran Brethren Church in rural Joice, Iowa, with Pastor Kevin Olson officiating.

Visitation will be one prior to the service at the church on Wednesday.

Burial will take place in Bethel Lutheran Brethren Church Cemetery in rural Joice, IA.
