(April 22, 1927 - April 21, 2010)

Mildred Davids, age 82, of Buffalo Center, Iowa, passed away at Timely Mission Nursing Home in Buffalo Center, Iowa, Wednesday, April 21, 2010.

She is survived by children: Susan Holm of Waterloo, IA; Marcia (Charlie) Smith of Buffalo Center, IA; Jeanne (Dean) Gruis of Ankeny, IA; Brad (Nancy) Johnson of Milton, WI; Karen Fennell of Chestnut, TN; Sheryl (Phil) Scholer of Kasson, MN; Kim (Sheryl) Davids of Buffalo Center, IA; 16 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; sister Helen Kohler of Mason City, IA; nieces; and nephews.

She was preceded in death by: husbands Emmet Johnson, Jr. and Vern Davids; granddaughter Jessica Gruis; her parents; a brother in infancy; brother-in-law Armin Kohler; son-in-law Joe Fennell and in-laws Emmet and Tena Johnson.

Funeral Services will be Saturday, April 24, 2010, at 10:30 AM at Bethlehem Lutheran Church in Buffalo Center, Iowa, with Pastor Perry Aalgaard officiating. A luncheon will follow the service at the church. The burial will be at 2pm at Memorial Park Cemetery in Mason City, Iowa.

Friends and family are welcome to attend her visitation on Friday from 5:00 to 8:00 PM at Bethlehem Lutheran Church in Buffalo Center, Iowa, and also 1 hour before the service at the church.
