Irish ancestors

HYDE, HARRINGTON

I'm looking for information on my ancestors from Ireland. I have followed the name HYDE down to two brothers, Dan HYDE and Eugene HYDE. Eugene died in Fort Dodge in 1983. I would think that he was married and had children. How do I find out. It's hard to find people who have died only within the last couple of decades. He was born in 1913. I just know there is family out there that can help...how do I go about finding them?
any help would be much appreciated.
p.s How do I get a informaitonal copy of a death certificate fro webster county? I'm trying to avoid paying the $15 fee....I know some states and counties charge less if it is for genealogy
