Unfortunately, it looks like 16 year old Rachel Zimmerman died on June 13, 1891 according to the two news items I located for you.

The funeral of the sixteen year old daughter of Mr. and Mrs. John Zimmerman of Deer Creek township, occurred from the home Sunday afternoon.

Died Saturday, June 13, of quick consumption, Rachel, daughter of John and Catherine Zimmerman, aged 16 years and 7 months. The parents return thanks to their friends who so kindly assisted them in observing the last sad rites of burial.
