James D. Guthrie Adoptions

Looking for family or information about the adoption of at least four people from James D. Guthrie. As far as I know the names are Albert Edward; William Osborn; Alexander Figgins; and Amanda. First three are found in a will of James D. Guthrie d. 1916 Mahaska Co., Iowa. James Guthrie Family lived in Jasper Co., Iowa and Mahaska Co., Iowa. So I don't know the full names of these adopted people or helped along the way by James D. Guthrie.
Alexander seem to be the one that has or adopted the surname Guthrie. He and family is found in Webster Co., Iowa. Alexander Guthrie married to Nellie Wilson Mahaska Co., Iowa. He has 5 or 6 children.
Would like to know more about these people family and other information?
James D. has Two natural children,so these adoptions are new to this family now.
