Hi Cathy, Thank you for your response. Since I last posted I have found that there was in fact a broom factory in Fort Dodge on the square. It states this in my great great grandfather's obituary, as he was employed there. I also have the picture with positive identification of my great great great grandfather George Roscoe. I do believe that there are at least 2 of his sons & possible grandson in the picture. In a history of Ft Dodge it states an operating broom factory, but I have yet found a name. I am curious if the Roscoe's actually owned the factory or were managing it. Thanks for your time, MJ
