Obituary:
Mrs. Fred Busher, wife of a prominent farmer of Border Plains, died at her home Saturday
evening after a weeks illness at the age of forty three. Her death greatly shocked the community in which she was held in high esteem. A husband and eleven children are left to mourn the death of this loved woman. The funeral services took place at the Catholic church in Duncombe Monday at 11:00.

(Mrs. Fred Busher was Katie Tiner, born 1871 in Connecticut according to the county death record. Her father was Joseph Tiner and mother Mary Kempster, also according to this record.She died 11 Sep 1914, Washington Township, Webster County).
