Miss Hannah Gustafson

Funeral services for Hannah Gustafson, 63, were held in the Lanyon Covenant Church on Sunday afternoon.
Miss Gustafson died suddenly of a heart attack on Thursday morning Jan. 2nd (1946). For nearly twenty four years she had lived in the home of her brother-in-law, Oscar Swanson, where she had helped to rear the motherless children of her sister who died in 1923.
Although a member of the Covenant Church, Hannah had been active in the work of the Harcourt Methodist Church where she taught Sunday school for many years.
The Rev. E.B. Dahlstrom of the Lanyon Covenant Church was assisted by the Rev. W.N. Baker of Harcourt Methodist Church. Music was furnished by a quartet from the Lanyon Church: Louise Roos, Mrs. Maurice Johnson, Leonard Carlson, and Paul Roos.
Miss Gustafson leaves one sister, Mrs. Henry Peterson; and one brother, Harold Gustafson; many nephews and nieces; and a host of other relatives and friends.
