Lola G. Jackson, a native of Fort Dodge, Iowa, died April 21 at El Camino Hospital in Mountain View. She was 77.

A bookkeeper for Melabs, she was a resident of Los Altos for 40 years.

She is survived by her daughter, Emily Jackson Chamberlain of Santa Cruz; sisters, Niceta Pappassi of San Antonio, Texas, and Berma Cox of San Jose; two grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.

Services were held April 25 in the Los Altos Chapel of Spangler Mortuaries.

The family prefers donations be made to the Lung Association,1469 Park Ave., San Jose 95126.
