WILLIAMS - Belva Neubauer, 82, of Williams died Tuesday, Jan. 6, 2004, at Crestview Manor in Webster City. Funeral services will be Saturday, Jan. 10, at 10:30 a.m. at the Surls Funeral Home in Iowa Falls with Rev. John Grebner officiating. Burial will be in the Alden Cemetery. Visitation is one hour prior to services at the funeral home.

Belva was born Nov. 22, 1921, in Vincent to James and Ethel (Vandeventer) Dingman. She attended school in Webster City. On Jan. 5, 1940, Belva was united in marriage to Lewis Neubauer. She was a homemaker.

Survivors include one stepson, Delroy Neubauer of Williams; two sisters, Lila Mix of Colorado Springs, Colo., and Mavis Kleckner of Webster City; two brothers, Duane and Gerald Dingman both of Webster City; five grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; and six great-great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Lewis; an infant daughter, Reta Kay Wilson; four brothers, Isaac, Vernon, Francis and William Dale Dingman; and three sisters, Wilma Graham, Lillian Logston and Viola Doolittle.
