Leon L. Sears, 86, of Marshalltown died of a heart ailment Saturday at St. Mary's Hospital in Rochester, Minn. Services will be at 2 p.m. Monday at Pursel-Davis Funeral Home in Marshalltown, with burial at Riverside Cemetery there.

Mr. Sears was born in Wayne County and had been a car salesman. He was a member of First United Methodist Church in Marshalltown.

Among survivors are a brother, Melvin of Corydon; and two sisters, Beulah Warren of Webster City and Rosa Overton of Rapid City, S.D.

Friends may call from 5 to 9 p.m. today and from 9 a.m. until service time Monday at the funeral home.
