So far have found obituaries for Joseph Spevacek, his wife Anna, their children (Barbara, Joseph V, Anna & Vencil) and their children's spouses. The obits are posted on the Obit Message Board (link attached).

Based on the 1880, 1895, and 1920 census, Joseph Spevacek and family lived in the Richmond, English River Township, Washington, IA

Based on 1900 Census, Joseph's brother Anton and his wife Josephine lived in Iowa City, Johnson County, IA

Will check for more info at the Washington County, IA genealogy library.
