Washington County Genealogical Society Records: No luck with Luther Cook probate/will records. Woodlawn burials show Luther (stone number 974) died 30 April 1877, aged 81 years, 7 months and 24 days and Mary (stone number 973), wife of Luther Cook, died 1 January 1870, aged 71 years, 5 months and 27 days.

IA Genweb for Henry Co. Census records: 1850 (Trenton), 1854 (Jefferson Township), 1856 (Jefferson), 1860 (Jefferson) for Luther & Mary and son Luther C. and daughter-in-law Cornelia C.

Ancestry records: Marriage record for Luther C. Cook to Cornelia C. Sharon on 15 March 1954 in Clark Co, MO; Census Records - 1860 Jefferson Township, Henry Co.,IA for Luther C and Cornelia C.; 1870 Bloomfield, Davis Co., IA for Luther and Greelee (Cornelia C?); 1885, 1895, 1900, 1910, 1910 Ellsworth, KS for Luther and Cornelia; 1920 Ellsworth, KS, Cornelia as a Widow.

Also 1870 Census for Washington shows Luther 74, and Mary 71.
