Did not find any record for parents of Little Harry buried in Washington Co, IA.

Found a marriage record for Wm. L. Woodburn and Clara A. Stark married 3 March 1866 and an obituary in the Washington Democrat March 1897 - "Wm Woodburn, an uncle of our Woodburn boys died in Appanoose Co. (IA) recently."

There is a record in Find A Grave for Wilson Laird Woodburn, Co. E. 10, Iowa Vet. Vol., born March 29, 1835, died March 1897 and buried in Evergreen Cemetery, Cincinnati, Appanoose County, IA. Record says wife Clarissa Ann Stark moved on to California. There are also records in Evergreen Cemetery identifying sons, James Fitch Woodburn (1870-1913) and John L. Woodburn (1873-1909).
