James R. "Jim" Miksch, 71, of Washington, died Monday Apr 29, 2013, at his home following a year and half battle with cancer.
Mr. Miksch was born Jan. 21, 1942, in Washington, the son of Robert and Agnes (Richardson) Miksch. He married Lynda Moore on Jul 2, 1961, at the Grace Hill Moravian Church.
Surviving are his wife, three sons, Richard and wife Elise of Frisco, TX, Timothy and wife Ann of Rochester, MN., and Daniel of the Colony, TX; four granddaughters; two grandsons; three siblings, Edward and wife Judy of scottsdale, AZ., Gretchen Denton and husband Doug of Rochester Hills, MI., and George and wife Pat of Port St Lucie, FL., three nieces; and one nephew. He was preceded in death by his parents.
