Funeral Service Sunday

WELLMAN, July 11 - Funeral services for Alfored (Alford) Morgan will be held Sunday morning at 10 o'clock at the Bidwell Funeral home.

Alfored (Alford) Morgan was born Nov 24, 1894, and was a son of John William and Katherine Elizabeth Morgan. He was born at Maxwell and was educated in the schools there.

He was inducted into service during the World war May 13,1918, and received an honorable discharge. In 1919 he married Nylla Wilkinson. He had lived in Wellman about 25 years.

Leaves Three Children

Three children, Mrs. Viola Moore of Heartwick, Iowa, Raymond Morgan of Oak Lawns, Ill, and Mildred at home, survive. There are two sisters, Mrs. L. H. Turnipseed of Brighton and Mrs. Walter Carl of Blue Springs, Mo., and three brothers, William of Ft. Pierre, S. Dak., Donald of Los Angeles, Calif., and Robert of Trayer, Wash. There are two grandchildren.

Three sisters and one brother preceded him in death.
