Goldie Mae Nejedly, 99, of Kalona, died Sunday, Jan 16, 2011, in Pleasantville Home in Kalona. Mrs. Nejedly was born Apr 1, 1911, in Iowa County, near Wellman, the daughter of George and Stella (Walton) Groff. She married Edward Nejedly in Davenport. Surviving are one son, Cecil, and special friend Vicki Latzer; and one sister, Dorothy Sickling of West Chester. She was preceded in death by her husband in 1989; and one brother, Warren Groff.
