Postville Herald, Friday, 3 August 1922.

The infant son of Mr. and Mrs. Flander of Wellman, near Iowa City, was killed when he fell from the upstairs window. Sleeping near the window he rolled over when he awakened and pushed out the screen falling to the ground below. His skull was crushed and he died two hours later.
