Patricia Lee HOWARD, 80, of Bulverde, Texas, died Friday, Jan. 12, 2007 in the Silver Tree Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Schertz, Texas.

Funeral services will be 1:30 p.m. Sunday, Jan. 21 in the Brighton United Church in Brighton with the Rev. Kitch Shatzer officiating. Visitation will be from 12:30 p.m. until the time of the service. Burial will be in Hillcrest Cemetery in Brighton. Memorials may be made to the ESA Foundation Scholarship Fund. Gould Funeral Home in Brighton is in charge of the arrangements.

Mrs. HOWARD was born Nov. 21, 1926 in the Brighton area, the daughter of Andrew Lee and Edith Molly (ESSLEY) STACY. She married George HOWARD in 1943.

Mrs. HOWARD graduated from Brighton High School in 1943. Mrs. HOWARD spent most of her life in Alaska and Texas and spent her career as an administrative assistant. Mrs.HOWARD was a member of Epsilon SIgma Alpha International for 59 years and enjoyed workign on the lcal Bulverde, Texas Library Board. Mrs. HOWARD loved to travel and spend time with her family members and friends..

Surviving are her husband, one daughter, Laurie STILES and husband David of Canon Falls, Minn.; two sons Terry HOWARD and wife Abby of Center Point, Texas, and Steven HOWARD of Bulverde; nine grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; and one siser, Twila HUNTER of Washington.

She was preceded in death by her parents and one infant brother.
