Frank Arthur Fellows, the sixth son of Joseph and Ellen Fellows, was born in Des Moines July 14, 1870, and died at his home near Milo, December 25, 1920, aged fifty years, five months and eleven days.

At the age of six years he, with his parents, sister and brothers, moved to the farm where he has spent the rest of his life. He was married March 10, 1895, to Miss Lydia Clark. To this union were born five children, three sons and two daughters, Ellen Louise, Charley William, Gerald Joseph, Martha Opal, and Reuben, who are left with the mother at home.

Frank was a kind husband and father and a good neighbor and will be greatly missed in the neighborhood where he resided. He was always ready to help in time of need and had a word of cheer for everyone. He leaves to mourn his loss his wife, two daughters, Ellen and Opal, three sons, Charley, Gerald and Reuben, one sister, Mrs. Sylvanus Marriage, of New Rockford, North Dakota, six brothers, Dr. J. T., of Des Moines, Iowa, A. W., of Hot Springs, South Dakota, Dr. R. F., of Punta Gorda, Florida, T. V., of Milo, Iowa, W. B., of Willamina, Oregon, C. H., of Ogden, Utah, and a host of friends; one brother, Ernest, preceded him only four months and one day.

Funeral services were conducted by N. D. Gordon, of Indianola, Iowa, assisted by A. C. Thomas, at Belmont church northeast of Milo, Monday, December 27th, at 2:00 p. m., in the presence of a large audience of sorrowing relatives and sympathizing friends. Interment was made in the Belmont cemetery.
