Oscar Franklin Haines
(August 17, 1893 - October 7, 1919)

The community was shocked Tuesday morning to hear of the death of Oscar Haines at the home of his parents, S. G. Haines and wife. His death was the result of typhoid fever. He came home from Nebraska sick. The funeral will be held from the M. E. Church at 11 A. M. today. The sorrowing relatives have the sympathy of the entire community.
