She was a member of the Rebekah Lodge in Lacona and worked at the Indianola McDonalds for 25 years, where she made many friends and enjoyed getting to know her customers. Garage sales, auctions, reading, arranging flowers, and crafts were some of the things she enjoyed doing. Of course, spending time with family was her most favorite thing.

She was proceeded in death by her husband Junior, parents, infant son Bruce, and many of her dear relatives and friends. Memorials in her name may be made to Ronald McDonald House or Kavanagh Hospice House.
Thank you for following church policy that requires everyone to wear a mask. There will be a time of visitation with family following the service. This memorial is provided by Overton Funeral Home, 501 West Ashland Ave., Indianola, Iowa, http://www.overtonfuneral.com/
