Newman, 82, Rites Friday
W. E. “Bill” Newman, 82, of Crow Agency, Mont., formerly of Chariton, died at Billings, Mont., Dec 25. The body will arrive at the Miley Funeral Home Friday from where it will be taken for services at the Newbern church Saturday at 2 p.m. The Rev. Ben Nelson will officiate and burial will be made in the Newbern Cemetery adjacent to the church. He is survived by his wife and three sons, Everett of Knoxville; Nile of Pueblo, Colo.; and Guilford at home.
