Mrs. Shriver, 86, Of Beech Dead
Mrs. Nellie Shriver, 86, died at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Victor Maxwell of Beech, Saturday, April 13. She suffered a stroke six weeks ago. Services will be held at Clio [Wayne County, Iowa] Wednesday, April 17, at 2 p.m. Mrs. Shriver had lived with her daughter, Mrs. Maxwell, for the past year, but formerly lived at Clio. Mr. and Mrs. Robert Maxwell of Indianola will go to Clio. Mr. Maxwell is a grandson of Mrs. Shriver. [Copied from a scrapbook at the Warren County Historical Society Library, Indianola, Iowa]
