Lacona, March 11, 1946 – Word was received here of the death of Earl Murray, which occurred at his home at Fullerton, Calif, March 3, after a lingering illness due to heart trouble and complications. Earl, the oldest son of T. H. and Mollie Murray, was born at Lacona where he grew to manhood, and attended the public schools. He was, for a number of years, clerk in the E. S. Baker general store. He went to California on a vacation trip where he met Miss Lou Lovering. In the following year he went back to California where they were married, returning to Lacona where he had his home in readiness for his bride. They lived in Lacona for several years, returning to California where they have since lived. He is survived by his wife, a daughter, three sisters and a brother.
