Miles Lynn Ohnemus
(June 8, 1933 - May 7, 2019)

Miles Lynn Ohnemus passed away on Monday, May 13, 2019. Celebration of life services will be held at 10:00 AM Friday, May 17, 2019 at the Middle River Friends Church, 4057 S23 Hwy in rural Carlisle. A visitation with the family will be from 4:00-7:00 PM Thursday, also at the church. Interment will take place in the Carlisle City Cemetery following funeral services.
Miles was born on March 2, 1988 to Mark and Vicky Ohnemus. He was a graduate of Carlisle High School and worked for the last five years with his family at Ohnemus construction.
Miles loved the outdoors and thought of himself as a treasure hunter of sorts. He enjoyed hiking, camping, geocaching, B & B stays and skate boarding. Miles also enjoyed vinyl records and videography.
Miles is survived by his parents, Mark and Vicky Ohnemus; sister, Karey (Justin) Brower and their children, Macey, Bailey, Harley, Addyson and grandchild Ledger, brother, Troy (Amy) Ohnemus and their children, Lily, Reed and Faith, sister, Brooke(Jon)Randleman and their children, Lukas, Hannah and Owen, brother, Nathan(Abigail)Ohnemus and their children, Cash, Cael and Cora; soul mate, Karli Baker; aunts and uncles, Kathy(Ron)Wilson, Kim(Jim)Damon, Mike(Olivia)Ohnemus, Lynn(Roger)Dufour and Melissa Reeves. Miles is also survived by numerous cousins, friends and his best friend, his dog Jack. Miles was preceded in death by Reed Smith, Melvin and Maxine Ohnemus, Mickey Ohnemus, and Marcia Rees. Memorials for Miles will be shared with Teen Challenge and a memorial in his name.
