Gail Elaine Eaton
(March 11, 1945 - February 10, 2020)

Gail Eaton, 74, of Greene New York, passed away peacefully at Taylor House Hospice in Des Moines. Gail was born March 11, 1945 in Binghamton, New York to Fred and Irene Loveland. No services are planned for Gail at this time.
Gail absolutely loved horses and horse racing. Her knowledge of horse racing was both staggering and impressive. She was an animal lover. Gail had an Amazon parrot, George, who is 39 years old. She loved to sit and talk to him for hours. Whenever George wasn’t in his cage, he was right there on Gail’s shoulder. Gail also loved cats and dogs. She had many over the years and had quite the knack for naming them. “Kitty”,” Slim”, “Girl Dog”, and her latest cat’s name “Run Away and Hide”.
Gail loved movies and television, and she amassed over 2000 VHS tapes. Her TV station rarely left Fox News. She loved drinking her coffee, debating politics, and taking trips to the casino with her sister Elinor Latta.
Gail is survived by her son, Dan (Megan) Eaton, and her grandchildren Olivia and Levi Eaton.
She was preceded in death by her parents, brothers, Frederick and Gilbert Loveland, sisters; Norma Allen, Elinor Latta, Margaret Howell, and Joyce Bednar.
