Doris L. Campbell
(October 13, 1922 - April 30, 2015)

Doris Lavon Campbell, age 92, was born and raised in Ringgold County Iowa, and had been an Indianola resident since 1946, passed away early Thursday at the Indianola Good Samaritan Center. She was an Avon Products Sales Representative for over 40 years in Indianola and Warren County. Doris had been a member of the VFW Auxillary and Honors Society of Avon. Preceded In death by her parents and Husband Robert; Doris is survived by her daughter, Janet (Forrest) Proudfoot of Grimes/New Virginia; two grandchildren, Kristine (Brian) Weiland and Tim (Dawn) Proudfoot both of Johnston; and three great grand-children, Madeline Susan Proudfoot, Sierra Dawn Proudfoot and Luke Zachary Proudfoot.
Funeral Services will be held 3:00 p.m. Tuesday, May 5, 2015 at the Peterson Funeral Home, 602 E. Salem Ave. Indianola, Iowa 50125. A visitation time will be one hour prior to Services. Memorials will go to Temple of God Church in Indianola. Rev. John W. Long, Pastor. Burial will be in the Indianola I.O.O.F. Cemetery.
