(March 3, 1936 - June 21, 2016)

Thomas Fillmore Poulter of Carlisle passed away peacefully at home on June 21, 2016, He is survived by his wife Shirley, and his 5 children, Monica Poulter, Teresa Ford (Geoff), Bonnie White (Steve), Steven Poulter, Michael Poulter (Kim), a sister Grace Hileman, 10 grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren. Thomas was preceded in death by his parents Fillmore and Lucille, and a brother Theodore. A memorial/visitation with family will be held Saturday, June 25, 2016 from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm at Petersons Funeral home in Carlisle.
