Melba Lynn Moore
(September 5, 1935 - October 11, 2016)

Melba Lynn Moore, 81, of Carlisle, passed away peacefully at home on October 11, 2016. She was born September 5, 1935, to Charles and Dorothy Ray.
Melba is survived by her children and their spouses: Kim (John) Cataldo and Rhonda (Ken) Hook of Carlisle, Scott (Stephanie) Moore of Overland Park, KS and Sonja ( Todd) Hambleton of Guthrie Center. She is survived by 10 grandchildren, 8 great grandchildren and her brother Stan (Wendy) Ray of Davenport. She was preceded in death by her daughters Pam Vitiritto and ArLynn Baber in addition to her parents, 2 brothers, 1 sister and her significant other, Pat Douglas.
Visitation will be Friday October 14th from 5:00-7:00 pm and the funeral will be Saturday, October 15th at 11:00 am. Both services will be at Peterson Funeral Home in Carlisle. This memorial is provided by Peterson Funeral Services, 415 School St., Carlisle, Iowa, www.petersonfuneralservices.com
