Regina Mary Sinclair
(May 22, 1951 - November 17, 2016)

Regina Mary (Conrad) Sinclair, 65, of Carlisle passed away on November 17, 2016. Jean was born May 22, 1951 in Sparta, Wisconsin. She grew up in Melcher and Carlisle and graduated from Carlisle High School. Jean was an avid animal lover and enjoyed drawing. She was a creative person and a loving mother and grandmother.
Jean was preceded in death by her parents, Victor and Leonie Conrad. She is survived by her son, Christopher, of Carlisle, and daughter, Mary, of Urbandale. She is also survived by her grandchildren, Liberty and Cadence Sinclair, of Carlisle.
