Mary Margaret Nizzi passed away at home in Carlisle on Thursday, December 1, 2016. A private memorial service will be held at a later date. Mary was born on September 19, 1941 in Des Moines, Iowa to Charles and Martha Flanagan. Mary is survived by her son Joseph(Tayla)Farrell and their children, Hope, Dylan and Mason of Des Moines; her daughter, Melissa(John)Kinter and their children, Cody and Ella of Carlisle; 1 brother, Steve(Karen)Flanagan of Des Moines and 1 sister, Susan DeBartolo of Des Moines. Mary was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Paul Nizzi and a brother Bruce Erickson.
