Kerry Ann Paine
(September 30, 1978 - June 3, 2017)

Kerry Ann Paine passed away on Saturday, June 3, 2017 at Union Park Health Services in Des Moines. A memorial funeral service will be held at 10:30 AM, Saturday, June 10, 2017 at Peterson Funeral Home in Indianola. A reception will follow services from 11:00-1:00 at the funeral home. A private burial of ashes will take place at a later date in the Bondurant Cemetery.
Kerry was a beautiful social butterfly. She loved to smile and make others smile and could light up a room just by walking in. She was very quick witted and could have you laughing hysterically within minutes. She loved to ride and show Arabian and American Saddlebred horses throughout her childhood. She loved to cook and try out new recipes and read all kinds of books. She enjoyed modeling for a variety of different venues which easily tied in for her love of fashion and shopping. She also loved the outdoors whether it be trail riding the horses, camping, hiking, fishing, sitting out by the bonfire, or going out on her brother's (Bud's) houseboat. She was a very intelligent young lady. She went to nursing school and obtained her license in Practical Nursing, and was a nurse for a few years and then pursued further education, and obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare Administration. She worked at a few different healthcare facilities until her son, Frank, was born and he quickly became her primary area of focus. Frank was her world, her reason for being, her life. Nothing compared to her FJ. Kerry is survived by her son Frank Morris of Waukee; parents, Gary and Frankie Paine of Lacona; siblings, Bud(Ann)Paine of West Des Moines, Michele(Jeffrey)Becker of Lucas and Amy(Nathan)Kubli of Altoona and a fiancé, Dan Foster-Middleton of Dallas Center.
