Donna Jean Wolf (Bristow) was born September 1, 1927 and went home to be with her Lord on April 12, 2011. Jean was born in Des Moines to Fred and Donna Bristow and spent most of her younger years on the south side of Des Moines. She was a Lincoln High School alumni. Jean graduated from the Betty Bonn School of Modeling. Jean modeled around the Des Moines area and worked as a nurse for many years. Jean is survived by daughter Susan (Randy) Wright, of Bemidji, Minnesota, sister Betty Jane Duvall of Belton, Kentucky and six grandchildren. Visitation for Jean will be Friday, April 15th at Peterson Funeral Home in Carlisle from 5 to 7 p.m. The funeral will be at 12:30 p.m. on Saturday, April 16, 2011 at St. Elizabeth Seton Catholic Church in Carlisle with burial in the Hartford Cemetery.
