Cool [news] – Mrs. Phoebe Lewis, of Squaw township is dead. She was far advanced in years and an invalid for a long time.

Cool [news] - Grandma Lewis who has been making her home with her daughter, Mrs. A. Williams, and who has been totally helpless for the last 4 or 5 years, died last Thursday and was followed to the Shaver graveyard on Friday by a large crowd of friends.
[note: The gravestone of Phebe Lewis in Shaver Cemetery gives her death year as 1894, however; this death notices proves it was 1890]
