Thomas F. Gallagher, a life long resident of this community, died Friday, Jan. 3rd at a hospital in Council Bluffs. He is survived by his wife and two daughters, Tomasine at home, and Sister Mary Annette of Davenport, and five step children, Joe and Robert Bell of Bevington, Mrs. Leland Hill of Churchville, Mrs. Aaron Davitt and Mrs. Phil Davitt of near Indianola, also one brother and a sister at Trinidad, Colo.
Funeral services were held on Monday from the Church of the Assumption at Churchville, in charge of the Rev. Curtis. Burial was made in the Churchville cemetery.
