Betty M. Hoch, 73, of Indianola died of a heart attack Tuesday, April 11, 1995, at Mercy Hospital Medical Center in Des Moines. Services were held April 13 at Overton Funeral Home, with burial at Indianola IOOF Cemetery.

Mrs. Hoch, a homemaker, was born in Lucas and lived in Milo before moving to Indianola in August.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Donald, in 1987.

Survivors include a son, Donald Jr. of Indianola; two daughters, Connie Rodgers of Indianola and Kimberly Kastler of Osceola; two brothers, Verl Truman of Melcher-Dallas and George Truman of Des Moines; a sister, Mima Louise Hill of Leon; seven grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
