Funeral services for John Howard Trotter, 67, who died last Thursday at Pleasant Care Home in Pleasantville, were held Saturday afternoon at the Milo United Methodist Church. Interment was in the Indianola I.O.O.F. Cemetery.

Mr. Trotter was a retired farmer and had lived in the Milo community all of his life. He was a member of the Milo United Methodist Church. He had been ill for some time and had been a resident of Pleasant Care Home 21 months.

Survivors include his wife, Eden; three grandchildren, Susan, John and Barbara Gilbert of Milo; and two brothers, John and Harry Trotter of Indianola.
