Services for Reed J. Sinnard, 60, of 2918 Lyon St., will be at St. Peters Catholic Church at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday with burial in Glendale Cemetery. Mr. Sinnard died of cancer Sunday at Mercy Hospital after an long illness.

Born in Swan, Mr. Sinnard lived in Ackworth before moving to Des Moines about 24 years ago. He was a self-employed interior decorator before retiring 11/2 years ago. Mr. Sinnard was a member of the Moose Lodge and St. Peters Catholic Church.

Survivors include his wife, Maxine; two daughters, Mrs. Janice Moore of Des Moines and Michele Sinnard, at home; three sons, Douglas of Riverside, Calif., Dennis of Des Moines and Randal of Cedar Falls; two brothers, Ansil of Pleasantville and Donald of Des Moines; six sisters, Mrs. Olive Leasure of Galena, Ill., Mrs. Opal Ginn of Fargo, N. D., Mrs. Beatrice Glasgow of Des Moines, Mrs. Eva Rodda of Pleasantville, Mrs. Leva Rodda of Mercer, Mo., and Mrs. Arlena Reins of Tacoma, Wash.; and two grandchildren.
