Iona Mary Ohnemus, 84, of Knoxville died of a heart ailment Saturday, Jan. 16, 1993, at Knoxville Area Community Hospital. Services were held Jan. 19 at St. Anthony's Catholic Church in Knoxville, of which she was a member, with burial at Graceland Cemetery there.

Mrs. Ohnemus was born in Lucas County and had lived in Knoxville since the 1940's. She was a retired dietitian.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Edward, in 1988.

Survivors include a son, Darrell of Newton; three daughters, Marjorie Wilson of New London, Lilla Russell of Melcher-Dallas, Shirley Stephenson of Fort White, Fla.; three brothers, Floyd Seuferer and Giles Seuferer, both of Lacona, and Richard Seuferer of Clear Lake; four sisters, Gladys Dittmer of Lacona, Beatrice Osborn of Grimes, Mildred Osborn of Powers Lake, N.D., and Lorraine Johnson of New Mexico; 15 grandchildren; five step-grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren.

Bybee and Davis Funeral Home handled arrangements.
