Obituary from The Record-Herald and Indianola Tribune newspaper, Indianola, Warren County, Iowa, USA on 1-26-1984:

Funeral services for Grace Veronica Ripperger, 83, of Lacona were held Jan. 14 at St. Mary's Church in Lacona, the Rev. Jon Kautzky officiating. Interment was in St. Mary's Cemetery.

Mrs. Ripperger died Jan. 12 at Chariton Manor.

She was born in Marion County, living in the Bauer area until she married. Later years were spent living around the Lacona area.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Glen, and an infant son, Paul.

Surviving her are four sons, Lawrence, Herbert and Wayne, all of Lacona, and Fred of Virginia; one daughter, Anna Marie Blair of Chariton; 15 grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
