Obituary from an unknown newspaper, date unknown, photographed from an Obituary Book at the City Library in Indianola, Warren County, Iowa, USA:

Oliver Kenneth King, 86, of Chariton died of pneumonia Wednesday at Lucas County Health Center there. Services will be at 11 a.m. Monday at Milo United Methodist Church in Milo, of which he was a member. Burial will be at Belmont Cemetery there.

Mr. King was born in Bartlett and had lived in the Milo area from 1945 to 1997 before moving to Chariton. He was a retired farmer and had been a part-time mechanic in Milo. He had worked at an aircraft assembly plant during World War II. He enjoyed lapidary.

He is survived by two sons, Kenneth of Stony Brook, N. Y., and Tom of Milo; a brother, Maurice of Thurman; two sisters, Julia Schramm of Liverpool, N.Y., and Margaret Sterner of Omaha; two grandchildren; and four Step-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his wife, Aileen.

Friends may call from 6 to 8 p.m. today at Mosher Funeral Home in Milo. Memorial contributions may be made to his church.
